About Us
Tottenham Green Enterprise Centre (TGEC) is a business development and support agency based in the heart of Haringey.
Established in 2001, TGEC was created to offer business support and affordable workspace to residents and businesses in the most disadvantaged areas of Haringey and north London. To date we have assisted over 1000 potential and existing entrepreneurs living in and around Haringey. Services and support provided include short business management awareness courses and seminars; one 2 one business advice and mentoring; pre-start and ‘hot desk’ work space facility and small business incubator units.
TGEC works in partnership with Haringey Council, College of North East London (CONEL), London Development Agency (LDA) and Urban Futures among others.
TGEC is in the old fire station building, next door to the Town Hall, in Town Hall Approach Road in Tottenham. We still have the big red fire station doors, so we’re quite easy to spot!
TGEC is supported by the LDA and is a core partner of Haringey4Business, Haringey City Growth Strategy and the HELP4BUSINESS North London consortium in partnership with HBDA and EEA. TGEC was founded by and is supported by Haringey Council and the College of North East London as a not-for-profit Social Enterprise serving local needs.
